Returns and cancelations

Tyssen England has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your purchase to request a return. Cancelations of made-to-order items can be made up until the item is dispatched. Deposits for made-to-oder items are non refundable.

You are responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning items. Please repackage items securely and use a tracking service.

Please inspect your purchase on receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective or damaged.
